Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses through various physical therapy techniques and exercises. Your main goal will be to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, and prevent further injury.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' medical history and current condition to determine the best treatment plan.
2. Develop personalized exercise programs to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
3. Provide hands-on therapy to help patients alleviate pain and improve their overall physical function.
4. Educate patients on how to properly perform exercises and activities to prevent future injuries.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
2. State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
3. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
