Job Title: Part-time Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient's physical condition, developing treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to improve their overall mobility and well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to determine the patient's physical abilities and limitations.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's specific needs.
3. Provide hands-on therapy exercises and techniques to improve mobility and relieve pain.
4. Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home.
5. Monitor and track patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
2. Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
3. Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.
7. CPR certification.
