Job Title: Part-Time Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient facility on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse patient population and providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
- Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques for at-home management of their conditions
- Stay up-to-date on current best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
