Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries to improve their mobility and quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual abilities and limitations
- Implement and adjust treatment techniques as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in physical therapy
- Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
- CPR certification
- Patience and compassion for helping others
