Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities, helping them to improve their physical function and mobility. The Physical Therapist (PT) will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and provide personalized care to each patient.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
2. Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient assessment and goals.
3. Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other techniques to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients and their families on techniques for self-care and injury prevention.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
8. Stay current on the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
2. Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
