Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function through therapeutic exercises and modalities. This role requires strong communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to help patients achieve their treatment goals
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
