Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The primary role of the Physical Therapist is to provide quality rehabilitative services to patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This includes developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient progress to optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
- Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care and effective communication
- Educate and instruct patients in exercises and activities to improve strength, flexibility, and overall function
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to patient care
- CPR certification
