We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders to help residents improve their communication and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders among residents in a long-term care environment.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Provide training and education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding speech and swallowing techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care plan development.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations related to therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current and active SLP license in the practicing state.
1–3 years of experience working in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Knowledge of therapy software and EMR documentation systems.
