Job Summary:
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled SLP to join our LTC team! You'll work with residents to address communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

Provide individual and group therapy sessions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care

Develop and implement communication strategies and swallowing plans

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

CCC-SLP certification

State licensure (or eligible)

Experience in LTC or gerontology preferred
